Passengers on international flights entering Peru must present a negative molecular test result

As part of actions to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in air transportation, the MTC reminds passengers on international flights entering Peru that they must present a negative molecular test result.

Molecular test results must have been issued up to 72 hours before boarding a plane.

In addition, passengers must wear a double face mask and fill out an affidavit online, during the 72 hours prior to the trip.

Children under 12 years of age and those who have suffered from COVID-19 in the last three months are exempt from submitting molecular or antigen test results.

The former will be asked for a medical certificate proving good health and the latter for their medical discharge document.
